Why this site exists
Most sellers know their item price and roughly what their materials cost. Far fewer know their real profit per order once listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing, shipping labels, packaging and advertising have all been taken out. Each cost is small on its own, but together they often take a third of the sale or more.
Ecom Profit Calculator puts every one of those numbers on one screen, so you can price with confidence and spot quickly when a product isn't paying its way.

How the numbers are kept accurate
Default fee rates come from Etsy's and Shopify's published pricing for US sellers and were last checked in October 2026. When a platform changes its fees, the calculators and guides are updated and the date on each page changes with them. Every fee field can be edited, so you can always match your own fee statement.
